Our company, OSI, throws the best summer and Christmas parties ever! Previous years were spent riding banana boats, karting and playing airsoft. This summer, the whole gang trekked to Lago De Oro, Batangas to kneeboard! :) Oooooh, it was soooo much fun! I would have tried it several times more if Mika wasn't throwing a fit. Apparently, as we were lining up, she saw Abby, the one who came before me, fall into the water and she freaked out thinking her parents were lining up for doomsday. Hehehe! Poor Mika.

Anyway, the place itself wasn't super great. The rooms were nice and clean but the cable wasn't working so there's pretty much nothing except static on TV. There also weren't any phones in the rooms so you gotta walk to their office if you needed anything. But the bathrooms were one of the best I've been to in terms of these kinds of resorts. Bathrooms are a huge thing for me :p Don't even ask about the food. Thank goodness we had lechon. Everything else was blah.

The beach was super low tide when we were there. The sand was nice and clean if you go really far. But if you stay close by, it's kinda muddy mossy. Which made it quite clear that this was not the place to reintroduce Mika to the beach. Last year she was totally grossed out by the sand remember? She thought it was "dirty yucky!" :p So we stayed in the pool and went knee boarding the next day.

So I guess my final review of the place is that you go there for the water sports and nothing else. Hehehe!
